Researchers estimate that 7-10% of the current US population identifies as Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender and/or Queer (LGBTQ), and evidence suggests the number is growing as an increasing number of young people identify as queer. Explore the latest data related to this growing yet underserved and often overlooked market segment, and the potential design and marketing opportunities for student, Gen Z, and senior-oriented housing.
