Micah Solit is a Project Director with Project Management Advisors, Inc. with over nine years of experience in real estate development, finance, and construction across sectors including residential, corporate office, retail, and life sciences. As the residential sector leader for the San Francisco office, Micah collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams on complex mixed-use developments for institutional and private equity clients. Prior to PMA, Micah worked for a real estate consulting firm and was responsible for analyzing project pro-forma and market data for several development projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Development, with an emphasis in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
Micah is the Co-Chair for ULI San Francisco's Young Leaders Group Steering Committee, and sits on the ULI San Francisco Residential Local Product Council. In addition to ULI, Micah sits on the board of directors at Swords to Plowshares, a Bay Area non-profit organization dedicated to providing advocacy and care for veterans.
