Fall Meeting 2025

Meeting Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected].

Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 24, 2025: FULL REFUND MINUS A $200 PROCESSING FEE.

Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI AFTER OCTOBER 24, 2025: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Registrations may be transferred to another individual; $100 processing fee will be charged. The new registrant will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the difference in registration fees if applicable. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if you cancel in writing NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event.

Refund requests received after the deadline will not be honored.

Important Advisory: Beware of Unofficial Solicitations

ULI has been made aware of unauthorized organizations and individuals who may contact attendees by phone or email, falsely claiming to represent ULI or to provide access to hotel reservations, attendee lists, or discounted services related to the Fall Meeting.

Please note:

ULI does not sell attendee lists. Any offer to purchase such information is a scam.
Maritz is the only official housing and registration provider for the ULI Fall Meeting. ULI does not solicit hotel reservations by phone.
If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent ULI or a housing provider outside of Maritz, do not engage or share personal or financial information. Please report any suspicious solicitations to ULI Customer Service at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.

Make hotel reservations or direct any housing and registration questions only through the official booking link in your confirmation email or by contacting the ULI Fall Meeting Registration and Housing team at [email protected] or 864-541-0738.

EventBit

To develop a better meeting experience at 2025 ULI Fall Meeting and future meetings, your badge will be equipped with a small rectangular object. This is eventBit^® and will be read by receivers located throughout the venue. ULI is utilizing this technology to assist in the planning and improvement for the meetings of tomorrow by accurately measuring attendance, traffic patterns, and interests. To opt out of this technology, please visit any registration location while at the meeting.

Photography

ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the 2025 ULI Fall Meeting, November 4-6. By registering for the program, I hereby grant to ULI its employees, agents, affiliates, publishers, licensees and assignees a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use my name, image, voice, likeness, actions as captured in any photograph(s), video and/or audio taken/recorded of me during my participation in the Program, for all purposes, in whole or in part, in all formats now known or developed in the future.

Public Health

ULI will monitor public health guidelines per the CDC and City of San Francisco. ULI may adjust policies and procedures based on public health guidance and will communicate any such actions to meeting participants accordingly.
