This session will provide an overview of the transaction, design, and ongoing development of the 926,000-square-foot studio campus and 802,000-square-foot Frank Gehry–designed Office headquarters. It will describe the multifaceted deal covering three unique sites / transactions and over 1.7 million square feet of newly developed office and studio space all pre-leased to a single tenant. Attendees will hear a description of the design and development of the campus which spans 30 acres and includes 16 stages and a 326,000-square-foot office, and is the largest current studio development in Los Angeles County. There will be an explanation and a discussion of a complex multiphased and multisite ground-up development project 100 percent pre-leased prior to the start of construction.
