Jeff Worthe is president of Worthe Real Estate Group. With 125 employees, the company specializes in the development and refurbishment of office properties in LA. It’s currently developing the Ranch Lot in Burbank, a 926,000 SF studio with 16 new sound stages. Other projects include The Second Century, an 800,000 SF office development designed by Frank Gehry and leased to Warner Bros.; the Post in Beverly Hills, leased to Live Nation; and the 1M SF Mission Logistics Project. Worthe serves as a trustee of the UCSB Foundation and is a founding board member of the Ziman Center at UCLA; he is also a member of the LA Sports & Entertainment Commission’s Core Leadership Group. He is deeply dedicated to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles where he is a board member and past chair of the board.
