McCormack Baron Salazar

Kevin Griffith has 23 years of experience in the affordable and workforce housing industry. He oversees all development related activities and support project management staff throughout California, Oregon, and other West Coast Markets. He works closely with the firm’s executive leadership and senior management, internal design, construction, finance and legal teams as well as with community stakeholders, external consultants, private sector financial partners and public sector agencies to visualize and complete new housing and mixed-use development projects.

Prior to joining McCormack Baron Salazar, Mr. Griffith served as Land Development and Planning Manager for Treasure Island Development Group/Wilson Meany and worked at Bridge Housing Corporation as Director of
Business Development.

Mr. Griffith holds a Master of City Planning degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
