Josh Bahn is a Vice President in the Urban Investment Group (UIG) at Goldman Sachs within the Asset Management Division. Josh joined UIG in 2019 and leads the underwriting and structuring of equity and debt transactions to finance mixed-income, affordable and mixed-use development projects across the U.S., in geographies such as New York, Utah, Detroit, and Washington, D.C, as well as student and small business lending transactions. Josh previously worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private-sector arm of the World Bank Group, and in the Corporate and Investment Banking division at Citigroup.

Josh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard Kennedy School. Josh earned a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
