Jeremy Hudson, the Co-Founder and CEO of Specialized Real Estate Group (SREG), is an influential figure in the real estate industry, known for his commitment to creating healthy, sustainable homes in walkable communities in Northwest Arkansas. A graduate of John Brown University, Hudson’s diverse career path includes roles in residential real estate brokerage, property management, investments, and development.

Under Hudson’s leadership, SREG has spearheaded the transformation of communities, with the ambitious goal to create 4000 healthy homes in the next seven years. The company’s groundbreaking Eco Modern Flats project set a precedent in Arkansas’s real estate sector as the first multi-family development to receive a LEED Platinum certification. For his significant contributions to the industry, Hudson was named to the Urban Land Institute’s inaugural “40 under 40” class.

The unfolding story of declining office use, rapid civic change, and shifting work patterns has created an obvious (and yet to be fully defined) need for adaptive reuse in city centers, suburban office developments, and smaller markets alike around the country.
