Tall Wood Buildings: Expanding Multi-Family Development Opportunities

Jurisdictions throughout the US are adopting the tall wood building code provisions based on the 2021 International Building Code. Developers can now consider timber structures from heights of eight to eighteen stories and beyond with alternate means.
