Throughout the pandemic, ULI’s primary concern has always been the health and safety of our members and staff.
All members and staff attending the meeting must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR provide proof of a negative PCR COVID test within 72 hours prior to checking in. This requirement applies to all aspects of the event including off site activities such as Product Council days, tours, dinners, and receptions.
To manage the COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements onsite at the event, we will be using Health Pass by CLEAR, a market-leading app used by many large venues and airports, which will enable all attendees to upload their proof of vaccination. Details on how to use the app will be posted several weeks prior to the event.
If for any reason you are unable to upload proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status to Health Pass by CLEAR, you MUST bring the original paper version of your card and a valid, government-issued photo ID with you in person to the Fall Meeting for on-site verification. You will not be admitted otherwise.
If you are traveling from outside the U.S., you may not be able to use the app and will need to bring a physical copy of your COVID-19 vaccine card and a valid, government-issued photo ID for on-site verification. ULI will follow the World Health Organization’s (WHO) guidance on acceptable vaccines. You will not be admitted otherwise.
If you do not provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status by successfully completing the steps using Health Pass by CLEAR or by presenting your original vaccination card with a government-issued photo ID in person at the event, you will be denied entry to the Fall Meeting and all associated programming. Photos of cards will not be accepted.
