Throughout the pandemic, ULI’s primary concern has always been the health and safety of our members and staff.
All members and staff attending the meeting must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This requirement applies to all aspects of the event including off site activities such as Product Council days, tours, dinners, and receptions. We believe this step will make the event safer for everyone and will help us all feel more comfortable and confident during the meeting. So far, over 95% of registered attendees to this year’s meeting have already stated that they are vaccinated or will be fully vaccinated ahead of the event.
To manage the COVID-19 vaccination requirement onsite at the event, we will be using a market-leading app used by many large venues and airports, which will enable all attendees to upload their proof of vaccination. When the app launches in early Fall, we will communicate to all attendees with further details on how to download it and use it to confirm your vaccination status.
We will be making decisions on additional precautionary measures such as mask wearing and social distancing at the event nearer to the time.
If you have already registered for the Fall Meeting and did not indicate your vaccination status or indicated that you are not vaccinated, you may either update your vaccination status or change to a digital only package by using the “Modify Registration” link provided in your registration confirmation email, or you may request a refund by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org

If you are already registered and indicated your vaccination status, you need take no action at this time.
ULI will recognize valid proof of vaccination from your nation for the purposes of attending the Fall Meeting.
