Below outlines the details and deadlines you will need to activate your various sponsorship benefits. Please note that you will not be recognized on any ULI Fall Meeting branding and marketing materials until we have your signed agreement, logos, and choice benefit selection saved on file. All other action items mentioned below are due by July 31st, 2023 at the latest and should be submitted via the green submission form button below, unless otherwise noted in the details below.
All other general meeting information (conference agenda, how to register, registration pricing, information on tours, sessions, and speakers, etc.) can be found on the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting website at fall.uli.org.

An invoice will be sent to you upon receiving your signed agreement. If you have not received an invoice, please contact you ULI account manager as soon as possible.

This static banner will have logo recognition and will rotate within the carousel slide deck with other Fall Meeting promo ads throughout the entire campaign of the conference. You also have the option to add animated images on the left side of the static banner that will run for (5) days throughout the campaign. Once the (5) days have passed, the static banner will only remain.

Your company receives a (2) page-spread color print ad with specialty print placement in the Fall Issue of Urban Land Magazine. Please reference the ad submission guide here for information regarding design specs and the ad submission process.
All print ad artwork must be submitted via AdShuttle by July 31st, 2023 close of business (EST).
Online Ad
Your company receives a (2)-month online ad run on Urban Land Magazine’s sponsored content homepage. Sponsored content on Urban Land Online offers visitors the opportunity to learn in-depth information about the products and services an organization provides. Several clients have run campaigns demonstrating their expertise in design & project management to assist in positioning their organization as a thought-leader in the real estate and urban development industries. Content articles run on the homepage alongside published editorial with the header “Sponsored Content” to assist in differentiating the advertiser’s listing from other Urban Land articles. After the viewer clicks on the article title, they are brought to the entire piece. This page may include as much information as desired including graphics, maps, links to videos, client contact information, email addresses, etc. After scheduled ad runs end on the homepage, sponsored content articles live on the dedicated page here.

Your company receives the opportunity for a company leader to provide remarks and introduce a keynote speaker for a ULI Fall Meeting general session. Please provide the following materials noted below via the green submission form button below by July 31st, 2023.
General Session Company Leader Speaker Information Needed:
In addition to the remarks, your company will also receive logo recognition on the session walk-in slide screens and will be credited as the session sponsor on the event app and website. A ULI staff member from the Corporate Partnership Client Services Team will work with you to coordinate the intro speaker remarks, rehearsal time, and logistics for the general session you are assigned to.
Your company receives (1) choice benefit item. Please reach out to your account manager as soon as possible to review the list of choice benefit options and note that all options are available on a first come, first serve basis. Once an option has been selected, a ULI staff member from the Corporate Partnership Client Services Team will reach out to you about next steps.

Your company receives a comp code for (15) complimentary meeting registrations. The code is non-transferable and can only be used for the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting.
