Thank you for your sponsorship of the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting. This meeting would not be possible without your generous support!

Below outlines the details and deadlines you will need to activate your various sponsorship benefits. Please note that you will not be recognized on any ULI Fall Meeting branding and marketing materials until we have your signed agreement, logos, and choice benefit selection saved on file. All other action items mentioned below are due by September 1st, 2023  at the latest and should be submitted via the green submission form button below, unless otherwise noted in the details below.

Please note that the form will auto-save as you start filling out the submission information, so if you need to start the form and return to finish it at a later date, please make sure to click the “save” button at the end of the form. Once you click that button, a notification box will pop-up that says your form has been saved and there will be a green button that say’s “get shareable link”. Please click on that button and make sure to save the link, so you can return back to the form. An email notification will also be sent to our team for reference as well.

*Note: All other general meeting information (conference agenda, how to register, registration pricing, information on tours, sessions, and speakers, etc.) can be found on the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting website at fall.uli.org

An invoice will be sent to you upon receiving your signed agreement. If you have not received an invoice, please contact you ULI account manager as soon as possible.

Payment is due no later than September 1st, 2023.

To be recognized on the ULI Event’s app, conference website, Fall Meeting onsite signage, and various other digital marketing assets, please submit your company name and logo in the following formats noted below via the green submission form button below.

Required Items:

  • Please list your company name exactly how you would like it written out on all print and digital branded materials. 
  • Send full-color and all-white logos in the following formats/specs:
    • Eps. Format – An EPS is a vector format designed to transfer PostScript artwork between applications and it’s the preferred choice of graphics format for printing high-resolution illustrations.
    • Png. Format – high-resolution 300 dpi transparent image

*Notes:

  • You will not be recognized on any ULI Fall Meeting branding and marketing materials until we have your signed agreement, logos, and choice benefit selection (mentioned below) saved on file. 
  • No tagline logo files are needed. 
  • Only submit approved logos that we can use on both print and digital sponsor-related conference signage and recognition pieces. 
  • If you have specific logo design guidelines, please include that information in the notes section of the submission form, along with the required logo files. 

Your company receives logo recognition on all ULI Fall Meeting marketing campaign emails (including click-through to the ULI Fall Meeting sponsor company listing page). 

In addition, your company receives the opportunity to submit a ULI approved testimonial from a company leader to include in (1) Fall Meeting marketing email. 

Please submit the following items mentioned below via the green submission form button below and note that once we have the following needed materials by September 1st, 2023, we will create the testimonial ad section of the email and share that with you at a later date for final approval before the email goes out to all registered conference attendees.

Testimonial Copy Needed:

  • Testimonial copy (2-3 sentences, no more than 40 words)
  • Company leader’s first and last name, company name, and title listed out exactly how they would like it listed under the testimonial copy
  • A headshot photo (any size allowed – JPG/PNG format)

Your company receives the following social media promotional engagement posts mentioned below.

Additional Digital Marketing Opportunity (a unique social media post):

  • Sponsor receives the opportunity to create (1) customized post (one static image or provide a gallery of images) that highlights company projects, developments, and/or conference-related upcoming events. Sponsor also has the opportunity to provide customized text and a URL weblink to accompany the ad as well. 
  • For LinkedIn only – estimated reach – 2,000 unique impressions over the week of the conference

Please submit the following materials mentioned below via the green submission form button below by September 1st, 2023.

Social Media Post Copy Needed:

  • Post text – 2-3 sentences maximum
  • Image Details – JPEG/PNG formats – please provide either (1) image or up to (5) images if you are choosing the gallery option mentioned above.
  • Image Specs Allowed – 1:1 square (1080 x 1080), landscape (1200 x 630), or portrait (1080 x 1350)
  • Company URL weblink
  • Company social media page handles/URL weblinks
  • Tracking (clicks and engagement rates) can also be provided upon request. If you would like us to provide tracking for your customized post, please make sure to mention that in the social media note section on the submission form and also provide a UTM dynamic link.

ULI Social Engagement with Co-Branded Sponsor Thank You Post:

  • Sponsor receives co-branded logo recognition within (2) sponsor thank you social media carousel posts (pre/post-meeting recognition), in addition to company url weblink click-through within the social post description section.
  • For LinkedIn only – 123,000 estimated ULI global followers

Using the official hashtag – #ULIFall – is a best practice that helps attendees easily find our posts. Monitoring the hashtag on social media also allows you to discover what attendees are talking about leading up to and during the event.

Print Ad

Your company receives a (2) page-spread color print ad in the Fall Issue of Urban Land Magazine.

Online Ads

 

E-Newsletter Sponsored Content:

Your company has the opportunity to provide sponsored content in (1) issue of Urban Land Magazine’s e-newsletter email that goes out every Monday of each month to 105,000+ opt-in ULI subscribers. ENL sponsored content provides high ROI and a targeted platform for organizations to demonstrate thought-leadership within the real estate and urban land industries. Sponsored content in Urban Land’s weekly e-newsletter should be written with your target audience in mind and should showcase your company’s expertise and/or solutions written in a clear and concise fashion to be easily readable.  Your headline will appear adjacent to the weekly issue’s editorial articles and will be clearly marked as “Sponsored Content”  to differentiate it from published articles.

If you would like to move forward with this opportunity, please contact your account manager as soon as possible to schedule a post run date within one of ULI’s e-newsletter emails. Once your sponsored content post is scheduled, please submit the following items mentioned below to your account manager (3) weeks before your post is scheduled to run. Once we have all the materials needed, our digital editor will review your sponsored content and approve the post for the email. 

E-Newsletter Sponsored Content Copy Needed:

  • Article title/headline
  • Article Intro paragraph – max of 40-60 words w/spaces (250 characters allowed)
  • Full-text/content for article submitted via a Word document – no word count limit
  • Company logo

  • Maximum of (6) images per post – 600 pixels, 200kb max file size (video links may be included, but please send that as an email attachment (not within the Word document submitted)

Standard Banner Online Ad:

Your company also receives a standard (1)-month banner online ad run on Urban Land  Online.  Standard square banners are posted on industry specific homepages along the right side of the page and link to company website pages for further information on the topic you
are advertising.

Your company receives (1) choice benefit item. Please reach out to your account manager as soon as possible to review the list of choice benefit options and note that all options are available on a first come, first serve basis. Once an option has been selected, a ULI staff member from the Corporate Partnership Client Services Team will reach out to you about next steps.

Your company receives a comp code for (12) complimentary meeting registrations. The code is non-transferable and can only be used for the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting.

You will receive an email from the Corporate Partnership Client Services Team with your complimentary registration code. Once you have that unique comp code for your company, please direct your colleagues to the ULI Fall Meeting registration page and have them follow the instructions listed on the page to register.

*Notes:

  • We recommend that you and your colleagues register any time from now until a week before the conference.
  • When you go to register under registration menu (in the profile section), please make sure to add your comp code to the box marked as “Discount Code” in order to forgo the payment fee.
  • Your colleagues need to register and use the assigned comp code as individuals. The code will not work on the group registration page.

ULI Fall Meeting Global Governing Trustees and Leadership Dinner:

  • Please note that the event details and invitation will be shared at a later date this summer. Also, Trustee Dinner invitations are only for sponsor representatives (not for additional guests).

Sponsorship Reception hosted by the ULI Americas Corporate Partnerships & Strategy Team:

  • No ticket holder information required – Open to all registered sponsor meeting attendees.
  • Please note that the event details and invitation will be shared at a later date this summer. 

Your company receives (1) full year of Platinum level local benefits. The ULI Los Angeles District Council team will reach out to you at a later date regarding any local benefit action items and recognition details.
