Mr. Wallace Whittier

Wallace Whittier is Interim Director of Transaction Management at UCSF Real Estate. In this position, he is responsible for leading the Transaction Management group within UCSF Real Estate Services. Wallace joined UCSF in 2016 as a Senior Real Estate Officer. During his tenure, he has led several high-profile and complex real estate transactions, including agreements for the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub and the Laboratory for Genomics Research. He also managed the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland real estate portfolio and, most recently, played a key role in completing the transaction for the UCSF Clinical and Life Sciences Building project in the new Dogpatch Power Station development. Prior to joining UCSF, Wallace served as a Real Estate Officer at UC Santa Cruz. His previous experience also includes roles in the private sector, including Project Manager at Lennar Urban and Project Director at HFH, Ltd. in Emeryville. Wallace holds a master's degree in city planning from UC Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco.
