Rob Simpson

Rob Simpson is Senior Director, Sustainability at CDPQ. Rob's work supports the company's global real estate portfolio, primarily with a focus on energy reduction and building decarbonization, as well as climate risk adaptation and mitigation. He also supports internal teams with the development and implementation of industry-leading sustainable finance programs. Rob has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years in several different capacities, including roles in design and construction as well as management and operations. Rob is currently a member of the GRESB Real Estate Standards Committee and has overseen IC's GRESB participation since 2015. Rob's education includes MBSc (Building Science), B.Tech (Architecture), BA, and LEED AP.
