Rachel Keenan has been a staff member with the Urban Land Institute Minnesota District Council for 5 years and serves as a primary point of contact for ULI Minnesota members and coordinator of local programming including UrbanPlan, the Building a Foundation introduction to development course, the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI), along with the NEXT mid-career member cohort and Young Leaders Group member cohort. Rachel has a background in architecture, professional services marketing, and arts non-profit administration. Before joining ULI, Rachel worked in marketing and office management for a Minneapolis based architecture firm and began her career at an arts non-profit which was a partner to the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota – her work supported public art initiatives focused on civic engagement, placemaking, and community voice. Rachel earned her B.S. in Architecture from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.
