From Policy to Practice: Insights from ULI’s Global Green Building Policy Dashboard

Join this session to learn about building performance standards—a growing form of state and local regulations that set deadlines for buildings to meet performance metrics related to energy, water, and/or emissions, or risk fines for noncompliance. Hear from practitioners about regulatory trends and their impact on real estate development and investment and what the landscape may look like in the years ahead. You'll also learn about ULI's updated Global Green Building Policy Dashboard, which summarizes building sector regulations touching on everything from building certifications to renewables to embodied carbon, for 81 markets globally. The tool is available for all ULI members on Knowledge Finder.
