She previously served as Partner at ACRE, a global real estate private equity firm, and as Global Head of Innovation + Technology at Ferguson Partners, where she built a talent and advisory practice serving the real assets, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Her leadership within the Urban Land Institute includes roles on the Americas Executive Committee (AEC), as a Global Governing Trustee, and as Chair of the Global Exchange Council, reflecting her commitment to sustainability, innovation, and cross-border collaboration.
