Ms. Kristina Metzger

Kristina Metzger is a nationally recognized data center real estate expert in North America, serving as Vice Chairman, CBRE Data Center Capital Markets. Ms. Metzger leads a team of diverse, tenured data center professionals who focus 100% of their time advising domestic and offshore investors in the capitalization, development, acquisition and disposition of data center land and assets. Having been wholly dedicated to the data center asset class since 2009, Kristina is a longstanding industry expert, with deep experience across all facets of the industry including site and regional selection, lease structuring and negotiation, joint ventures, and land, asset and large-scale portfolio dispositions. Kristina has advised in over $20B of data center transactions over the course of her career, including over $5 in the prior 3 years alone. Kristina has been recognized by numerous real estate organizations and local and national publications for her achievements and contributions to the real estate and data center industries. She serves on the Leadership Committee of the Urban Land Institute's Data Center Council and as a Board Member of CBRE's Women's Network, a 7,000-person global organization.
