Kristin Renaudin began working with Stockbridge’s founding professionals in 1998 at PaineWebber. She is responsible for directing Stockbridge’s day-to-day management, finance and operations in addition to managing Stockbridge's corporate partnerships and overall strategic planning for the firm. In 2024, she spearheaded the launch of Stockbridge's private wealth distribution efforts, and she oversees Stockbridge's ongoing efforts in this regard.
During her tenure with Stockbridge, Kristin has held various responsibilities across departments, including acquisitions, capital raising and client service, capital markets and portfolio management. Additionally, she played a major role in the formation of Stockbridge in 2003 and the expansion of its product offerings to include core and value-added offerings starting in 2009.
Kristin received a B.A. in Economics and Biological Anthropology & Anatomy from Duke University. She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of NAREIM, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers in addition to various non-profit boards.
