EDC Presents: It’s Not Easy Being Green: Toward a Resilient Sustainable Future

The Entertainment Development Council (EDC) will give an inside look at how some projects in the sports and entertainment sectors are leading the way to resilient sustainable development. With mega, high-profile sports events such as the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup, and music spectacles such as Coachella, the sports and entertainment sectors are uniquely positioned to lead the way to sustainable development but only a few have achieved resiliency. This session will present an inside look at how to be both green and entertaining rather than simply "greenwashing." Learn how this approach can translate to all building types.
