Kent Hindes is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and serves as the Practice Group Lead for the firm's Aviation Practice. With more than Thirty (30) years of experience, Kent is based in Southern California's Inland Empire office, where he has been instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of the region's industrial and aviation sectors. At the helm of a specialized team of professionals; Kent oversees projects in the Airport, Aviation, and Aerospace verticals. He and his Team combine expertise in Valuation, Financing, Strategy, Planning, Capital Markets, Development, and Project Management. He also has a deep understanding of critical Aviation Infrastructure, as well as Air Cargo, MRO, and FBO facilities. Kent's extensive experience also spans Lease and Sale transactions as well as Build to Suit projects for Municipalities, Major Corporations, Institutional Owners, and Professional Service firms across local, regional, national, and international markets.
