Mr. Kai Reynolds

Mr. Reynolds has served as the Chief Development Officer of JBG SMITH (NYSE:JBGS) since December 2018, . Mr. Reynolds worked at The JBG Companies from May 2003 until the formation transaction in 2017, serving as a JBG Partner and was on the Management Committee. Mr. Reynolds has over 25 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining JBG, he worked in development for Gables Residential in Atlanta and Washington DC. Mr. Reynolds received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mr. Reynolds is a former Director for APAH (The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing), a nonprofit focused on increasing the number of committed affordable apartments in the DC Metro area, is a member of the Wood Center Advisory Board at The Kenan-Flagler Business School.
