Jonathan Bartlett is a strategy consultant at Jacobs with over 20 years of experience in real estate and economic development. A Boston native, he holds degrees from Washington & Lee University and UNC-Chapel Hill, and began his career with RCLCO in the Washington, DC area. Since joining Jacobs in 2014, he has advised government agencies, developers, and corporations globally on market analysis, site selection, and portfolio strategy. Jonathan teaches ULI's Intro to Market Analysis and was previously an adjunct lecturer at Emory's Goizueta Business School. He is a ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership graduate, a member of ULI's Urban Revitalization Council, and has served as a Real Estate Market Specialist on several ULI Advisory Services Panels.
