Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Strategic Partners and enjoys bringing her diverse professional experience to provide insight and solutions to organizations and leaders. She has worked for engineers, designers, and developers within the AEC industry and uses her unique abilities to create opportunities for growth within the companies and industry as a whole. Her purpose is to make an impact in the community and serves on many nonprofit boards and committees in and outside of the CRE industry as a leader and mentor. She has been a ULI member since 2000 and currently is Vice Chair of the Arizona WLI group and also a member of the AIR Product Council.
