Jennifer Ott, the City Manager of the City of Alameda, has over 25 years of experience working on large-scale public/private partnerships, including for the City of Alameda on the reuse and redevelopment of the 900-acre former Naval Air Station Alameda and for the City of Hayward on over 200 acres of City-owned former Caltrans property. Additionally, she was a Vice President with Economic & Planning Systems, a real estate economics and land use policy consulting firm. Jennifer holds a Bachelor degree from UC Davis and a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley.
