Mr. Jacob Bintliff

Project Manager, Joint Development San Francisco Office of Economic & Workforce Development

Jacob Bintliff is a Project Manager for Joint Development at the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, where he works with developers and civic leaders to advance major master planned real estate projects and investments, advances state and local policy efforts to spur housing development citywide, and is part of the department's downtown recovery team and leads efforts to promote office-to-housing adaptive reuse projects. Jacob previously served at the SF Planning Department working on housing policy and the Board of Supervisors in the District 8 office during the COVID pandemic years. Prior to joining the City, Jacob was a senior associate at BAE Urban Economics, where he provided economic development, public-private partnership, and development feasibility services for public-sector clients across the Bay Area and nationally. He has been an active ULI member since graduating from UC Berkeley's Master of City Planning program in 2012 and currently serves as vice-chair for ULI San Francisco's Public-Private Partnerships Local Product Council.
