Mr. Gregg Walker

Gregg Walker oversees DivcoWest’s national asset management platform and leads the firm’s asset management team responsible for leasing, property management, and marketing across its diversified real estate portfolio. He directs the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that optimize asset performance, strengthen tenant relationships, and enhance the long-term value of DivcoWest’s holdings nationwide. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Gregg also leads efforts to expand DivcoWest’s strategic relationships and partnerships across key U.S. markets. In addition, he serves on the firm’s Investment and Executive Committees, contributing to overall portfolio strategy and corporate direction. Prior to joining DivcoWest in 2019, Gregg spent more than 19 years as a leasing broker, most recently as Managing Director at JLL in Silicon Valley, where he specialized in advising Life Science and Technology companies. He is a member of CoreNet Global and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
