Evan Fain is GM of New Ventures at Industrious (acquired by CBRE January, 20225) where he leads the Experience Services division, strategic partnerships, and new business lines as part of the senior executive team. He has held multiple leadership roles at Industrious, served as acting CEO of Breather, and sat on the Board of Directors at Deskpass. Evan began his career in early-stage startups, corporate strategy, and management consulting, and lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Clara and their three children.

Flex Is No Longer Fringe
The flex office product type is here to stay. It is now a mature part of the real estate commercial office market. Occupiers are now more educated than ever and know what they want. Flex office operators are now reacting to strong signals from customer demand. This session, presented by the Flex Space and Experience Council, will bring together a number of professionals who can articulate what the supply side of the market is developing to meet the demand. The panelists will discuss the different business models that are attracting occupiers and the varied revenue sources that create value. Understanding what the flex office profit centers are is an important step to being able to value and underwrite investments in this product type.
