Dan Wenhold is a Partner at Fifth Wall—the largest investment firm focused on technology for the built environment—where he leads the firm’s early-stage investments. As one of Fifth Wall’s earliest partners, Dan helped shape the firm’s investment strategy and has played a key role in building its portfolio. He currently leads the firm’s investments in Neighbor, Wander, Belong, Higharc, Pacaso, Fractional, Pulley, and other portfolio companies.
Before joining Fifth Wall, Dan was the first employee and Director of Retail at The Black Tux, and previously a growth equity investor at Battery Ventures. He began his career as a financial analyst at Robert W. Baird. Dan earned his degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. Originally from Chicago, he was born in Philadelphia and now lives in Los Angeles.
