Chris Perkes is a Senior Manager with the Decarbonization Program/Greenprint Center for Building Performance, housed in the ULI Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate, which is dedicated to creating healthy, resilient, and high-performance communities around the world. As the lead for the ULI Net Zero Imperative (NZI), Chris manages a global cohort of ULI District and National councils that are aiming to progress their communities towards net zero. A key aspect of the cohort is conducting and facilitating net zero-focused technical assistance panels (TAPs) that are designed to help owners, cities, and other relevant constituents reduce or eliminate carbon emissions associated with buildings, communities, and cities.
