Chris is an Owner and Vice President of Preconstruction for The PENTA Building Group. With over 25 years of construction industry experience – 22 at PENTA – Chris oversees the Preconstruction, Marketing, and Virtual Design & Construction departments for Nevada, California, and Arizona. He manages all aspects of preconstruction, from developing estimates to coordination with Owners, design consultants, and trade partners. His firsthand knowledge of the industry from both the preconstruction and field operations perspective has led to extensive experience with large-scale casino and hospitality projects. Some of these properties include Mirage, Caesars Palace, Wynn, MGM, San Manuel, and many other substantial properties across casino and hospitality market.
