Ms. Caroline Skuncik

Caroline Skuncik is the Executive Director of the I-195 Redevelopment District , where she oversees the redevelopment of 26 acres of former highway land with a focus on creating Providence's Innovation District. During her tenure, Ms. Skuncik has structured public-private partnerships resulting in more than 2.1 million square feet of completed, under construction, and planned development including residential, commercial, life science, and hospitality. Prior to joining the District, Ms. Skuncik held public policy, planning, and real estate development positions in public, private, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Skuncik earned a Master in City Planning degree from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Environmental Studies from the College of William & Mary.
