Carl Kaeding

Carl Kaeding leads Kaeding Development Group with a visionary approach, building on the legacy of his father, Myron, who founded the company in 1974. Kaeding Development Group embraces a legacy of transformative growth; from a family farm in North Dakota, to a small hotel and restaurant group in the 90s, to the large development group it has become today. His deep industry knowledge and innovative thinking have driven significant expansion, including the development of over 1,100 multi-family units, of which 361 were adaptive reuse, in just the past two years. Carl's blend of seasoned expertise and innovative thinking continues to be a guiding force, cementing the group's status as a trailblazer in urban development. Carl is a strong advocate for adaptive reuse, emphasizing its community and environmental benefits when compared to the alternative of vacant buildings, or worse yet full demolitions. Carl currently serves as the Principal and CEO of Kaeding Development Group.
