Andrew Ciarrocchi

Andrew Ciarrocchi is Senior Vice President of Management and Operations for Howard Hughes - Summerlin® (HH). In this capacity, Ciarrocchi oversees operating assets and teams for the Las Vegas and Hawaii regions.
In 2014, Ciarrocchi opened Downtown Summerlin®, the community's acclaimed 400-acre urban core that has become one of Southern Nevada's most popular destinations for fashion, dining, sports, and entertainment.
Ciarrocchi oversaw property development for Downtown Summerlin's three Class-A office buildings. Under his tenure, the Downtown Summerlin area has also evolved as a great place to live, meeting demand for experiential living via three luxury apartment buildings. Representing operations and leasing, Ciarrocchi is a key member of a cross-functional team to help launch future developments, including the new Whole Foods Market retail center at Downtown Summerlin opening in 2025.
A graduate of Pepperdine University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Ciarrocchi is active in ICSC, SIOR and NAIOP.
