Andrew Alperstein serves as a partner in PwC’s Financial Markets & Real Estate Group. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in transaction support, financial due diligence, forensic accounting, valuation and other consulting services related to all major property types. His clients include a wide range of buyers, sellers, owners, users, and financiers of real estate.
Andrew serves as the lead client partner for a number of PwC’s largest real estate clients, where he he oversees all PwC services and overall client relationships.
Andrew is responsible for overseeing PwC’s relationship with ULI, actively contributes to the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication as well as the development of PwC’s Real Estate Deals Insights.
Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, Massachusetts and New York and a graduate of the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is a member of the REFA Boston Education Committee, previously chaired the AICPA’s national real estate conference committee, and is a member of NAREIT, NCREIF, ULI and the AICPA. Andrew is designated as a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and as a Fellow, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).Prior to joining PwC, Andrew was employed in the national real estate group of AmericanExpress Tax & Business Services in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Alperstein began his career in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen & Co.
