Abhi Jain is a Partner at PwC with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the global real estate sector, spanning property operations, strategic advisory, valuation, and complex transactions. He advises leading institutional investors, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, REITs, and corporates on transformative real estate strategies. His expertise extends across growth strategy design, market entry and expansion, portfolio and corporate M&A, as well as transaction execution and integration. Abhi is recognized for guiding clients through high-value, cross- border investments and helping shape long-term commercial strategies that deliver sustained value. A trusted advisor, Abhi has led initiatives driving market-shaping insights, including PwC’s flagship Hospitality Directions and contributions to Emerging Trends in Real Estate. His thought leadership informs both boardroom decisions and broader industry perspectives. Abhi holds a BA from the University of Huddersfield and an MBA from Cornell University.
