Development and Innovation at UNLV’s Tech Park

The University of Nevada Las Vegas’s Harry Reid Research and Technology Park will be a 122-acre, fully master-planned business, research, and technology community developed and managed by the Gardner Company in partnership with the UNLV Research Foundation. The Park is a physical environment to attract expanding and relocating high-tech companies to the region, foster innovation, support start-up companies, drive mutually beneficial collaborations between industry and UNLV, and provide students with applied learning opportunities. The Park will be a place where business and technology unite, supporting innovators and entrepreneurs. The Tech Park will foster research and technology development and create a business community that advances highly skilled and educated workforce development that diversifies and strengthens southern Nevada’s economy. This vibrant community will mix technology with emerging enterprises, bringing fresh ideas and perspective that advance innovation.
