The program will start with the discussion about what is happening as people are physically returning to the office. We will also discuss how the work office and the home office are compatible and amenities required to incentivize people to return to the work office. The presenters will discuss the Great Resignation and will discuss work hours and flexible location arrangements. Finally, we will discuss the perceived disconnect between expectations of smaller footprints compared to actual leasing activity.
