Mexico is the world´s 15th-largest economy and one of the main trading partners of the United States and Canada in the context of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Mexico’s real estate sector has been a driver of its economic development throughout the years. The foreseeable end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the prospects of a global economic recovery, and Mexico’s strategic geopolitical position within North America will bring Mexico’s real estate sector back to the investment horizon.
