proof_riotgames_01mb-2This tour will provide an exclusive, behind-the scenes-tour of the new campus for video gaming company Riot Games and the newly completed Culver City Creative, or C3, office building.

The Riot Games campus is one of the most sophisticated real estate developments in the country and among the world’s most innovative creative campuses. Awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, the 12-acre site consists of five preexisting buildings and a new five-story parking garage. Renovated interiors feature high, wooden bow-truss ceilings, sawtooth skylights, and industrial windows, as well as high-tech, top-of-the-line building systems. On-site amenities include movie theaters and dining options, a basketball court, bike storage, laundry drop-off, and an array of innovatively designed indoor and outdoor common areas. The property offers convenient transportation access and is near the Expo/Bundy LA Metro Expo Line station and the I-10 and I-405 freeways. The site is entirely leased to Riot Games, a subsidiary of the fifth-largest internet company in the world. Base building and interiors were designed by Gensler. The property is owned by Hudson Pacific Properties.

The C3 is a seven-story, 281,400-square-foot creative office building located at Culver Pointe. Representing a paradigm shift in office design to better fit the needs of media, technology, entertainment, and knowledge-based tenants, C3 features expandable 33,800-square-foot floors, 13- to 25-foot ceiling heights with exclusive lofts, exterior staircases and 15-foot-wide balconies that capitalize on the coastal climate, and private access via dedicated bridges connecting with the adjacent parking structure. The building was designed by Gensler and the property owner is IDS Real Estate Group.
