This case-based workshop illustrates the fundamental challenges of land development where participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own role in the shaping of the built environment within their communities, and the collaborative relationships necessary to make public/private projects a success. This workshop is open to public sector staff, elected or appointed public officials, community/neighborhood group members, and University partners.
