ULI Research Roundtable: Financing Equitable Development

Equitable development projects face a myriad of barriers, including financing. As a follow on to the 10 Principles for Embedding Racial Equity in Real Estate Development report, ULI has developed a discussion paper that identifies current financing vehicles and capital sources for equitable development projects. During this roundtable luncheon, participants will review the discussion paper, provide input, and discuss next steps and promising programs.
