SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park: Designing an Authentic Los Angeles Expression

Join us for a special tour and sneak preview of LA’s newest neighborhood, Hollywood Park. The global sports and entertainment destination is set to bring a new level of retail, office, residential and entertainment to the city of Inglewood. Be amongst the first to walk through the exceptional retail district with BCV Architects and Studio MLA followed by a special preview of the new sophisticated residences as envisioned by Hart Howerton and TCA Architects. The tour will conclude at Hollywood Park’s 450,000 square feet Class A office building, home to NFL’s West Coast headquarters. Conceived by real estate developer and Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, Hollywood Park will become a city within a city, with its recreational outdoor plaza as its social heart. When complete, Hollywood Park will consist of a walkable, park-like setting featuring an up to 800,000-square-foot outdoor-oriented retail district, up to 5 million square feet of office space, 2,500 newly built residences, interlaced with 25 acres of public parks and open space.
