row_dtlaCome join us for a discussion and exclusive tour of ROW DTLA, a 30-plus-acre campus of historic buildings revitalized as a new urban destination. Born out of bankruptcy in 2014, L.A.’s most ambitious project is thriving with world-class art, foodie destinations, unique retail, and creative office space. Authentically repurposed from a railway terminal, ROW DTLA consists of 1.3 million square feet of office space, 230,000 square feet of retail space, a 100-year-old operating produce market, and a ten-story parking garage that not only provides four spaces per 1,000 square feet of space, but also boasts the best views of the downtown skyline.
