Join Charles Birnbaum, founder and CEO of the Cultural Landscape Foundation, for a walk-through of “The Landscape Architecture of Lawrence Halprin,” contemporary photographs of Halprin’s work on exhibit at the A + D Museum. Explore four of Halprin’s Los Angeles projects and their ongoing role in shaping the development of downtown Los Angeles. Conclude with a walk down the Bunker Hill Steps to Los Angeles’s iconic Central Library and its Halprin-designed garden, where participants will enjoy lunch at Café Pinot.
