Exclusive YLG Tour – “Dallas Design District: Building a Premier Community Destination”

Young Leader (under 35 years) attendees of the 2022 ULI Fall Meeting in Dallas have the exclusive opportunity to tour with HN Capital Partners around their recently purchased 40-acre portfolio of Dallas’ Design District. The portfolio includes nearly 800,000 square feet of leased showroom, retail, and flex office space. Hear from HN Capital’s founder, Vipin Nambiar, as he discusses his vision for developing complementary mixed-use spaces to fully activate this one-of-a-kind area, connecting Dallas’ two primary urban trails, Katy Trail and the Strand. The tour will also include site visits to various restaurant and entertainment spaces to showcase how they are creating a destination presence in the neighborhood and will end with a tour of the Virgin Hotels Dallas.
