Retail is often the pulse of a city, and Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) has been on a rapid pace of transformation through new development. Get an upfront view of the existing retail and mixed-use projects that have shaped the image of the new DTLA. Enjoy a walking tour from the Convention Center, through the Figueroa corridor, and over to the Financial District, seeing the retail projects that are attracting retailers and bringing back brand names that haven’t adorned L.A. streets for decades. Get the inside scoop on what’s next in the world of retail from a veteran DTLA retail professional who has brokered more than 400 DTLA retail deals. Tours of FIGat7th and The Bloc retail developments are included; lunch will be provided.
