2023 ULI Housing Awards Winners

Please join us for the announcement of the 2023 ULI housing awards winners and learn about the winning projects from the teams that made them happen! Each year, the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing highlights the efforts of leaders across the country working to expand housing opportunity. The Center honors three awards: the Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Award for innovative state and local policy initiatives that support the creation and preservation of affordable and workforce housing; the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards, which recognizes exemplary developments that demonstrate creativity in expanding housing opportunities for middle-income households; and the recently created Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing that focuses on innovative yet replicable mixed-income and affordable projects targeting deeper affordability.
