cim-hollywood-and-highland-preferenceCome join us for an in-depth three part tour as we explore the infrastructure and history behind some of Hollywood’s most cinematically influential locations. Part one takes you to Hollywood & Highland, home of the Dolby Theatre which hosts the Academy Awards and a number of major shows. The repurposed entertainment center additionally boasts over 460,000 SF of retail, dining and entertainment space, and attracts over 25 million visitors per year. Part two begins a few blocks south at one of Hollywood’s oldest TV and film production studios, The Lot. This historic studio has helped produce shows such as True Blood and Hail Caesar!, and currently serves as the home for Oprah Winfrey’s O Network and Funny or Die. The tour will conclude at the fabled grounds of Columbia Square which was home to old time radio as well as the first west coast movie studios.  The site has been rehabilitated into a best in class mixed use campus.
